The efficient coating machine comprises a major machine unit, a slurry spraying system, a hot-air cabinet, an exhaust cabinet, a feed and discharge device, and a computer programming control system. It is widely applicable for coating various tablets, pills, and sweets with organic film, water-soluble film, sugar film, and similar coatings, serving fields such as pharmaceuticals, food, and biological products. This equipment is characterized by its sleek design, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and compact footprint.
Features:
1. All operations can be completed by pressing the touch keys on the computer-controlled panel. This operational panel features a fully sealed, lightly-touch film interface. The main unit delivers reliable and stable performance.
2. The streamline guiding-type mixer ensures tablets rotate with effortless smoothness, preventing fragmentation and chipped edges, thereby enhancing the quality of the finished products.
3. The coating boiler equipped in the high-pressure spray gun features a 180° rotation capability. A cleaning sprayer is installed at both the air exhaust exit and the hot air mouth, enabling automatic, full-directional rotation for thorough, dead-angle-free cleaning, making the process significantly more convenient.
