GF Series Dry Granulation Machine

Working Principle:

The dry granulator converts powdered raw materials into granules of specified mesh size via a process consisting of pre-compression with vacuum deaeration, roller compaction, crushing and granulation.

After formulation blending, materials first undergo primary pre-compression and degassing, followed by screw extrusion and densification. Qualified-sized particles are then extruded or naturally pass through screen apertures. The entire production flow from dry powder to finished granules is thereby completed in compliance with GMP requirements.
